“Services” means professional development courses delivered live or online. “Info Products” means digital materials such as e-books or recordings. “Goods” means physical items offered by Fascent.

2. Provision of Services

Fascent will deliver Services according to published schedules. Participants must register via the site and adhere to all guidelines.

3. Info Products

Info Products are delivered electronically upon confirmation of registration.

4. Goods

Goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer and require signature upon delivery.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in local currency and must be settled prior to access to Services, Info Products, or Goods.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Participants may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date by submitting a request via the contact form. After this period, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session of equal value at no additional charge, subject to availability. Once a session has begun or full access to course materials has been granted, refunds are not available due to the nature of the live instruction and preparation required.

6.2 Info Products

Requests for refunds on Info Products must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via the contact form, provided the digital materials have not been downloaded or accessed. Once access is granted, refunds are not available.

6.3 Goods

For Goods, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a refund, contact us via the contact form. The item must be sent back to Fascent at your expense. Once an item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original method of purchase. Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
